Beginner Kickboxing:  Learn the fundamentals of good technique while getting a great workout.  Warm up, padwork, and conditioning featured.

Novice Kickboxing:  Open to all levels - a chance to train with Ray regardless of your experience.  Featuring awesome technical instruction and Jeet Kun Do concepts for competition or self-defense.

Advanced Boxing:  Master the western style Marcus of Queensbury rules. Intense calisthenics and focus mitt drills lead the way to great style and conditioning.

Beginner Boxing:  Learn how your hands can be your first line of defense. The basics are highlighted and drilled to perfection.  A great place to start for a good workout with practical application.

Advanced Muay Thai:  Beware - brutal calisthenics ahead! Ray will put you to the test with intense combos to develop your inner power. Find out how the Thais get so tough.

Grappling:  90% of fights end up on the ground. Control when and where that happens and learn what to do when you get there.

MMA:  Technical instruction varies weekly. Topics covered include: striking defense, clinching, ground defense, "ground and pound", as well as competition and self-defense strategies.  Learn this amazing sport in a fun and safe environment.

Wrestling:  Develop lightning-fast reflexes and real power with proper technique. Expert level instruction.
