Ray Longo - Ray Longo is the owner and head instructor of Ray Longos MMA. Ray has been training and cornering fighters for over 20 years and is regarded as "one of the the best striking coaches" in the business by Joe Rogan, UFC's lead commentator and fight analyst. Ray has trained/cornered 5 ufc fighters and is currently a striking coach to 3 ufc fighters, most notably Matt Serra in winning the welterweight title with a knockout win over George St Pierre. Ray is also the co coach of the Team Serra-Longo fight team, and was featured as a co coach of UFC's reality hit tv series The Ultimate Fighter on Spike TV... In addition to cultivating champions and working with pro fighters, Ray spends most of his days and nights instructing and helping all walks of life reach their fullest potential in getting in shape and learning mixed martial arts. Luke Cummo - Lukes first encounter with martial arts was watching a Bruce Lee movie and like so many others, fell in love with the arts. Ray Longo bought him in as a sparring partner for Matt Serra after years of dedicated training and competing in amateur kickboxing tournaments under Rays tutelage. Luke debuted professionally as a last minute replacement in Ring of Combat 1, and was later featured in ROC 3, 4, 5 and 6. Luke appeared in the 2nd season of UFC’s hit reality tv series The Ultimate Fighter and made it to the finals, he has been fighting in the UFC ever since. Luke brings his unique style and love of the arts to every session at the gym, whether he is training or instructing. Luke can be found at the gym any given night training or instructing. Luke is the instructor for the kickboxing and MMA classes. |

Chris Weidman - Chris has been wrestling for much of his life and is one of the most accomplished wrestlers to come out of Long Island. Chris has trained and competed in folkstyle, freestyle and Greco roman wrestling. Chris brings and incorporates his knowledge and experience of wrestling into mixed martial arts in a simple and effective manner. Some of his accomplishments are as follows:

Christina Rosa - Christina has 10 years of martial arts training, with a focus on boxing and kickboxing. She is a NYS kickboxing champion and a 2008 golden glove finalist. |

Keith Hewitt - Keith first started boxing in the United States Army in 1970. Keith entered the amateur ranks in 1977, and went on to compete in the 1978 New York City Golden Gloves. He trained, fought and coached under professional boxing’s legendary cutman Al Gavin at the Gramercy Gym In New York City. He trained and sparred with some of the top 10 fighters of the late 1970’s and early 80’s. In 1989, Keith ran his first boxing program for Kyodai Karate Do in Jamaica Queens. (His first student went on to win the 139 pound novice 1991 golden gloves). To further his knowledge of boxing Keith went back to training in 1998 to 2006 under Mexico’s well respected Francisco Mendez. in Manhattan
Keith is a registered/certified United States Amateur boxing coach. |

Dave Patton - Dave has been with Ray Longo for 10 years. He is the grappling instructor. He has a background in Wrestling, and holds belts in both Judo and Brazilian Jiujitsu. Dave brings over 10 years of Law Enforcement experience, in both uniform and plainclothes capacity, and is a Police Defensive Tacitics Instructor. He has competed and placed in several Grappling Tournaments and Toughman Style Boxing events. Dave has trained with various local and federal law enforcement agencies as well as the U.S. Army Rangers and Marine Corps, The FBI, The U.S. Marshalls and Germany's elite GSG9 counter-terrorism unit.

Eric San Jose - Eric is the Tae Kwon Doe Instructor. Eric is trained and has extensive studies in boxing, kickboxing, muay thai, kali, escrima and jeet kun do concepts. Eric has been teaching for 20+ years, some of his accolades are as follows:
